Course Info
ICCollege runs two nationally accredited programs: Certificate IV in Multicultural Ministry and Diploma in Multicultural Ministry.
The Certificate course is to equip students to serve in a supporting role within a local church. The Diploma course is to prepare students to plan, coordinate and deliver an effective ministry program within the local church.
In the church sector, there is a high incidence of voluntary, casual and part-time work in addition to full-time employment. It is possible for ministers to maintain a full or part-time secular position while carrying out ministry outside office hours. As such, the vocational aim of this course is taken in its original context of calling.
ICCollege adopts a wide variety of teaching strategies to cater for individual learning styles, interests and needs. Modes of delivery include training sessions, in-house workshops, public workshops, seminars, luncheons, self-directed learning, briefings and hands-on training.
Assessment methods to ascertain competencies include assignments, interview, role play, class presentation, case study, project, written test, log book, and practical application of skills.
